Q: I want to get a Monroe piercing but I'm wondering... Can you get it done with a smaller needle so the scar would be smaller afterwards? I only want a small metal ball anyway. Does the hole ever fully close once you take it out? How long does it take? How long until the swelling goes down? And are face piercings unattractive? My friends said I could pull it off but my mom thinks it will 'ruin my pretty face' and people will 'just notice the piercing'. Thanks!
A: Jayde your piercing will close- and it's unlikely to stretch unless you are constantly playing with it- TRUST ME. & yeah you can get it pierced at a smaller size. I dunno if your from america or not (im from england and our measuring units are different) but you can ask for a 1.2mm which is the smallest size they can pierce your monroe at, The hole will close yes, but how soon depends on how long you've had it, and how well you've treated it. Fairly new ones heal within minutes. Some people find facial piercings unattractive, others like them. I myself love facial piercings and have three which are my snakebites (two lip rings) and septum. Good luck!
