A: First you need an eye brow shader to fill in your eye brows to get the defined look. Then you use liquid liner on your top lid. And eye liner on the bottom, smudge the bottom liner. You could get false lashes or coat your lashes with mascara wait till they dry and coat them again and repeat until you get your look. Hope i've helped :)
