A: Go to your local pharmacy and look at the L'Oreal H.I.P line. The eyeshadow duos have a softer color and really strong color that somewhat go together. They're $7 each but it's worth it. Also Covergirl has eyeshadow singles, quads, and trios. The singles have super bright and beautiful colors. I have the "Gold Sizzle" and one of the forrest green colors. The singles are $3, the trios are $4, and the quads are $5. If you have a good brush that's slightly slanted and can make a straight line than you can use for eyeliner. Just wet the brush slightly and dip it in the shadow. Use it just like a pencil after that. Have fun!
