Q: I'm going to a party and you have to dress 'brightly'. So I have my clothes and I found a makeup look I like but I am not sure how to do it, as I usually do neutral looks. A: Liquid black eyeliner-- Make an outline around your eye like the girls in the picture then fill it in- simple Then for the eyeshadow take a sponge applicator and wipe the eyeshadow on it then drag the sponge along your eye and fill in the spot at the end of the eye where there is a cat tail. Be sure to apply several coats of that so removal wont be easy. Also have eye makeup remover in case you make a mistake when applying and you need to get rid of it. Have fun at your party! Hope this will work p.s. have LOADS of Mascara on but not so it clumps together
