Q: How much toner do you put on a pad? On the back of my non alcoholic toner bottle it says apply genourously to cotton wool pad, what is generously ? One drop, two drops, soak it wet ??
A: Get it slightly damp, you don't want so much that if you squeeze the cotton pad you'll be able to get alot out. It doesn't need to be soaking, just damp to work. If you bottle doesn't have a pour spout, just an screw top cap, my rule of thumb is take the cotton pad, put it over the top opening, turn the bottle upside for a second then right-side up. Do this 3 times (move the bottle slightly each time so it's not the same exact spot) and it's usually perfect.
