Q: how should i do my hair and makeup for the first day of school i start in like a day ...i have hazel eyes,dark brown curly hair,i have brown skin,and big lips please help ! thanx
A: Honestly, nothing too drastic or different--otherwise, friends who may not have seen you much over the summer may not recognize you right away, and it may also appear that you are "trying too hard". Do something comfortable and casual in a style that will make it through the day without a great deal of maintenance regardless of weather, stress, activity (PE class), whatever. I love to see curly hair pulled back at the crown in a hair clip or scrunchie, or off the face loosely with a headband or scarf band. Or even a simple barette or decorative bobby pin. For the makeup--again, less is more. A bit of shadow & liner to match either your clothes or highlight your eyes, and some light blush and lip gloss in a natural shade.
