Q: First off, where do you put it? I put it on that little whiteish strip of skin-lookin stuff thats attached to your eyelashes (the part you have to pull on your lashes to see?). Second, every time I put it there I cry and it you cant see it in certin areas (cause of the water from my tears). Even when I dont cry its still liquidy like that, wierd, right?! So, A: Am I putting it in the right spot? B: How do you make it so it goes on without mixing with the water from your eye? Thankss :] Oh! I only put it on the bottomm! :]
A: hahah it's called your waterline (: it probably means that you should change your eyeliner if it's not staying on your water line, but generally pencil is better on your waterline. Revlon ColorStay has a really nice liquid liner for your waterline, HIP's cream liner and MAC's fluidline are generally better since they're pretty much waterproof.
