Q: I'm really good at putting it on the bottom lid, but not the top lid. I really need help, so that it won't smudge or be visible above the eye lashes. And please don't tell me to get liquid eye liner.
A: stretch you eyelid outward slightly but not too much, steady your elbow on a table or against the mirror and then with a rounded eyeliner ( a twisty one which is quite soft is best) gently rub it in against your lash line like you're 'coloring' :)
