A: definitely grow out your hair, the length looks awkward and doesn't seem to fit your face, that or get some layers. also grow out your bangs a bit more. also, i don't like your make-up, i'm not saying pile it on, but try to get a more defined eye, try a smokey eye look. it'd really look good on you. that's pretty much it, you have a pretty face and nice features.
