Q: Right now I'm using neutrogena makeup remover wipes plus L'Oreal oil free eye makeup remover and both claim they can remove waterproof mascara but neither completely remove my non-waterproof mascara. I'm almost out of the L'Oreal so I will be trying another kind. The neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover made my eyes burn.
