Q: I have a round/heart shape head. Blond hair with natural highlights from the sun. I have green/hazel eyes. They have a little bit of orange in them. I have olive toned skin so i am pretty dark cause I like tanning. A: If you are going to a school function, keep things natural but bold. Use a bold colored eyeliner. I like wetting an eyeliner brush and then swiping it across a shadow that matches my outfit and using it as eyeliner, winging it out just a bit. It makes your eye pop and stand out. Someone will definately notice you. Try bright blues or greens or purples. Check out Urban Decay's 24/7 eyeliner. They have really pretty colors. Milani also has a really pretty purple eyeliner that you can find in drugstores. Just powder your nose and forehead, apply a pink blush to give a natural flush on the apples of your cheeks, swipe some lipgloss on, add a coat of mascara to your lashes after curling them and you are done. It'll take 5 minutes but it will make you look awesome.
