A: Ummm yeah of course it's appropriate, it's your face, you live in america you can do anything you want. I really think that look is cute too. =] Just don't deck your eyes with eyeliner thickly, you will look like a racoon which a lot of girls do and think it's attractive when it's hot, guys prefer natural, which is the look you are wanting to try.
