Q: like no matter what color clothes you are wearing.
A: In my opinion it would be Black and white.....depending on the shape of your eye... If you have large naturally open ( bright eyes) then use only the black....If you use it on the upper lid then blend the line by smudging it with the tool at the end of the pencil or a slightly damp Q- tip...The idea to do a black lower lid and a dark smudged upper lid could be a subtile highlight...... If you have small, almond shaped eyes you can use white on the inner lower lid to open up your eyes and give a fresh definition to any upper lid creativity ( you may want to stick to the upper outer corner with small eyes anything more can take away from the twinkle.).... whatever you feel looks the best and what your comfortable with should be BEST....remember to add to your overall look by playing up your features....you do not want to over do it and look like a Crayola mascot.....lol! Look through a few magazines and take notice to the colors that look best against your chocolate complexion...you will find few that offend chocolate : ).
