Q: Ok,I really want to wear an eyeliner,but the problem is that I don't know how to wear one because I do not know how to apply it.I really need tips on how to wear an eyeliner and suggest what eyeliner colour should be the best. I have brown coloured eyes
A: Well it really depends, if you want your eyeliner on the top or bottom. -If you want your eyeliner at the bottom, pull your bottom eyelid down and apply the eyeliner on the skin right above your eyelashes. (I'd suggest using a pencil eyeliner for this.) -If you want your eyeliner at the top (and this will take some practice if it's your first time) just grab the outer corner of your eye and gently stretch it. Then with your eyeliner in the opposite hand make a line, as thin or as thick as you like, right along your eyelashes. If you mess up, you can always use a damp Q-Tip and even it out. (I'd suggest using liquid eyeliner for this.) ENJOY! (:
