Q: I'm 13 years old, and everyone's wearing makeup these days. I feel my mom is being unfair, not letting me wear makeup. She only lets me have lipgloss on... What's your opinion?
A: i feel that that is too young but being realistic, i remember wanting to wear makeup when i was 12. and it is very true that girls your age are wearing makeup. why dont you and your mother come across a look that is acceptable to you both? besides, the women that wear makeup usually wear it to look like they arent wearing any at all. but lots of women over do it and end up looking skanky. maybe thats what your mother is afriad will happen if you start. so just talk to her and ask her to help put makeup on you that will be appropriate for you.
