Q: hi, i have large blue/green eyes with gold in the center i wondering what would look better black or brown eyeliner? pencil or liquid? applying it on the top or bottom? or both? thanks =]
A: a dark brown liner for sure, and no girl dont go liquid. esp if ur talking like to wear to school or work. just use a pencil.. but spend the little extra cash and get a nicer one. mac, clinique, and chanel all carry great liners. do most of the thickness on the top of your lid. if you really want to , add a small , thin, and smudged line to the bottom. ask the lady at the makeup counter about a smudger and also ask her to do it for you and teach you how to do it. it makes the biggest difference in the world.:)
