Q: Every day I put eyeliner on, and it always comes off pretty much an hour after I applied it. Are there any ways I can make it stay on all day? Thx lots!!! :D
A: I'm assuming you're using a pencil now, that's how I feel when I wear a pencil eyeliner at least. Try a twist-up grease pencil eyeliner. They smear less so they stay on better, but it does tend to get into creases under/around the eyes so you don't necessarily have to re-apply but wipe that area occasionally. Also, liquid eyeliner is great and long-lasting as long as you make sure it's completely dry after you apply (otherwise it smudges all over your eye and/or your eyelid gets stuck- sounds funny, but it's true).
