Q: I love makeup. I'm looking for some new bright shades but I'm on a budget. Are there any good brands that i can get at the drugstore or Target, Walmart..etc? Ive tried a few but they aren't as vivid and bright as i would like them to be. What brands should i try?
A: The key to lasting eyeshadow is to apply PRIMER before. It makes the colors more vivid, and it lasts all day! You can use Urban Decay's Primer Potion ( I highly recommend UDPP) , a Mac paint pot or if can't spend the money then use concealer on your eye lids. Hope that helps!
