Why are kids' skin so glowing and adults' skin, no matter how unwrinkled, is so dull by comparison?

Q: What makes our skin go from glowing and clear to dull and faded-looking when we're adults?

A: Adult skin doesn't glow like kids' skin for gazillions of reasons: 1. Years of exposure (usually without sunscreen) to the sun 2. Exposure to environmental toxins...smog, dust 3. Stuff adults consume that kids don't: alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine 4. Stress 5. Normal aging processes: as we age, collagen production slows (the connective tissue in skin that helps it stay supple); cell renewal and formation slow 6. Lack of physical activity, which helps with circulation and overall body/organ functioning 7. Dehydration--not consuming enough water 8. Hormonal stuff There's probably a lot more reasons, but those were what I could think of off the top of my head. Makes me want to exfoliate and moisturize right now! :) --->Good Luck!
