A: Ok so all you do is put line your upper and lower inner rims with black eyeliner and then add a coat of black mascara to the inner most part of your eyelashes closest to the eyelid, after that lightly sweep on another coat of mascara to the rest of your eyelashes and your done. it really makes your eyes pop.
