A: Those things are so out of date and bad for you! Basically you put the zit in the middle and push down really hard so the zit pops and the puss inside will come out. They used to use those on my dad when he was young and he has all of these deep pitted scars all over his face. Don't use it!!! Use a more gentle method to remove zits like over the counter treatments or better yet see a dermatologist.
