A: Ok, this is actually easier than it looks. The key to any make up look is practice. Smooth a thin film of concealer over your lids with your ring finger. Pat on a matte nude shadow that matches your skin tone, or is close, with an eyeshadow brush. Sweep a matte white shadow just under the outer half of your eyebrow, and pat some on the inside corner of each eye. Use a smaller brush for this. A domed shaped brush is great. (I always recommend brushes. Sonia Kashuk at Target has a good line, as does Eyes, Lips, Face. They have cheap products on their website. Can't vouch for the quality, never used it.) Now, take a freshly sharpened black eyeliner pencil (blunt the tip a little bit so it's not sharp) and line the inside lower rim of your eye. Now for the tricky part: you need to line the inside rim of your upper eye. The easiest way is to gently pull up your eyelid, and sweep the side of the pencil tip under your lashes. It will make more sense when you actually try it. Be careful, and go slowly. The next step is to line your eyes halfway across on the top and the bottom. Use very short strokes when lining your eyes. Again, only go halfway to the inner corner. You can slowly make the line on the upper lid thicker as you get to the outside corner. Eventually, you will figure out how to "cat eye" your liner. I always go over black eyeliner with black shadow. Use a flat brush, dip it straight down onto the shadow, and press it over the liner. It will help to set the liner. Use lots of black mascara, a naturally toned blush and a neutral gloss. Good luck!
