A: You can make it by sticking a thin brush inside your mascara tube, or if you don't have a thin enough brush, just dip a brush into your mascara wand. I've heard of celebrity stylists doing this and some of the stars rave about the results. I still believe you can use mascara as it is closer to your eyes on your lashes than the top of your lids, and it doesn't hurt you there, does it?? Lol.
