A: Yeah, because of the chemicals. If you go buy make up it's better to look for the ones which actually have a brand that you know off. I used this eyeliner before and my skin beneath it started to fall off and it looked red too, and I'm allergic to some eye shadows. But no matter how good the make up is just keep in mind that, ALWAYS use makeup remover as soon as possible. And it's better to put on a layer of make up lotion (I only know what it's called in another language) , this type of lotion which separates the make up from your skin and makes it easier to take off. PS: Don't use too much makeup because then when you don't have any on you'll look pretty awful
