A: It depends on what type of look you want. If you want a bold or very defined look, then a liquid liner would be best. I swear by MAC Fluidline. It's in a pot with a shoe polish-like consistency and I apply it with a flat eyeliner brush. It may take some practice if you've never done this. You could use an eye pencil too, or if you want a very soft look, you could use an eye shadow and apply it very thinly with a thin applicator or brush. Black will go with anything as will most browns.
