Q: I like to draw eyeliner above n below my eyes.I hav seen actress used to draw it on thier eyes.I like to knw how to draw it n whether i shld use eyeliner for both above n below or i shld use eyebrow pencil.I dnt knw how to explain.just i want to knw how u will make up ur eyes One more doubt in applying pencil below,whether i shld apply pencil inside eyedrow or outside eyebrow hairs.
A: ok apply liquid eyeliner on the upper lid. start from the inner side thinly, and then as you get to the ends make it a little thicker, and make it point up just a little bit. and then with a pencil eyeliner do the inside. try different ways until you find something that matches you
