A: Well there are several methods of getting a good line of eyeliner close to the lashes. One Method: Tilt your head back and pull your lid slightly towards the edge of your head. You might need to put a couple layers of liner on if you are using pencil. Second Method: Use Liquid Liner. If that's difficult for you, then use a felt tip liner. I use them and they are just Faboo! You can get way closer than a pencil since the tip is so small and precise. It's just harder to take off. Third Method: Use a really well sharpened pencil and instead of trying to make one broad line, make your own mini lashes that almost mix into your natural eyelashes. So basically just make little darts near the lashline until you get a 'line.' If you shape the darts correctly it will morph into a perfect 'line' near your lashes. Remember, you can use more than one liner, so you can use a thicker liner for your taste and then a thinner liner to try and get close to the roots. Hope this helps! Good luck with the Eyeliner.
