Q: I'm going to a hardcore concert on the seventeenth! ive put on eyeliner before its blending i have a problem with. not scenesterish though just A LOT of blending and A LOT of eyeliner
A: Put it on in little dashes instead of one straight line. Put it all along your top lashlines (careful--this is harder than the bottom lashlines) and from the center outward on your bottom lashlines. Smudge it with just a tiny bit of water--not in any particular direction, just smudge it around.
