Q: I'm going into 8th grade and most girls at school are wearing makeup.The other day my best friend put makeup on me and I noticed that I kind of looked prettier. I have makeup at home but its the cheap kind that little kids put on. I was thinking about buying some. I want something that works well and is not too expensive.
A: covergirl mascara - $7 any eyeliner for $2 you can get stuff like this for cheap at drugstores or grocery stores.. cvs, A&P, target, etc. or you can go to "better" places like Ulta or Sephora
