A: it's the sun.. it darkens your pigments.. stay away from the sun as much as possible and use an eye cream that protects the skin around your eyes from the sun, ask someone is the mall for advice hope i helped ! :)
why on sunny days i get a big shadow around my eyes ..rearly dark shadow...what is the cause??
