Q: its not a lack of sleep i hav always had them, i use bare minerals to cover it up ands it looks fine but within 2 hours its fades and you can see the dark circles, im looking for a product that i can use the will diminish the appearance of the dark circles even before i put makeup on. i would like products that can be found in walmart, target, etc.
A: I have the same problem. I have been using Neutrogena 3 in 1 eye cream/concealer, and it has lessened the dark circles. The great thing about it is that you can wear it to bed because it is also a moisturizer!!
