Q: I have hazel eyes with more brown in them and I also have dark brown hair, and light - medium skin tone what eyeshadow colors would be the best for me to wear everyday to make my eyes look good
A: Experiment with different shades of bronze, gold, brown, chestnut, champaign, coral, etc. Earthy tones are going to look best on you. Green can be used with a lot of practice, in addition to the browns. Have fun experimenting! Also, consider calling a Mary Kay rep, or an Avon Beauty Advisor for a complimentary makeover. Take advantage of other free makeovers at makeup counters at the mall, too. Also take advantage of makeup displays in department stores to smudge the sample eyeshadows near your eyes. Never use samples of any eye make up on your actual eyelid though, the bacteria and germs can cause major infections. Instead, take baby wipes with you, and use the sample to smudge the color under your eye (on your upper cheek) to get an idea if the eyeshadow color compliments your eyes and skin tone, then remove the smudge with your baby wipe. :)
