Q:
A: well my mum handed me a bag of make up she no longer wore when i was ten - - she showed me how to put it on and I was allowed to wear it around the house. when i was eleven i was allowed to wear a little pink lip stick and a little shadow pink or light purple. When i was 13 I was allowed to wear whatever i wanted as long as there was no eye liner and no red or purple lipstick, I still had to stick with neautrals. When i got to seventh and eighth grade i was allowed to wear whatever I wanted as long as i didn't wear eye liner. By nineth I could wear whatever wanted any color except balck eye liner. Summary of the story, ask ur mom and respect any rules and boundaries she may set. Earn the right to wear the stuff and her trust at the same time. When I was in eighth grade, she gave me like two hundred dollars to school shop with cause i had saved my birthday money to school shop with my birthday is in july. about a hundred of my school money went on professinal style make-up brushes and she didn't say anything about it. Along the path in seventh and eighth grade when i was finding a brand that I liked i picked up make tip booklets that were free and tried some of the methods in them that i happened to like better. Eventually I learned what I liked and what I didn't . But anywho, my preferred brand is "jane" you can find it at wal-mart and shopko. It's all natural and the DO NOT TEST ON ANAIMALS and they've just introduced some mineral make-ups. Any who, a little concealer to hide blemishes, a little foundation to even out your skin tone (best applied with moist finger tips), a little powder can be translucent to help neautralize oil. A little blush pink or a very light rose, clear or light pink gloss (a little goes a long way) and light browns, pinks, lavendars and lillacs for shadows. that's really all you need. Make sure concealer matches your skin tone or is one shade lighter, foundation and powder should dissappear on your skin. Make up is not meant to change you appearance but to help conceal flaws and enhance your natural beauty. Less is more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or to try, a light brown or bronze lipstick. I had this stuff that was like a light bronze it was liquid lipstick and went on really smoothe it was flavored it was called Chocolate Marshmellow, it tasted soooooooo goooooooood!!!!!!! lol Make up can get you noticed because you look really good or cause you got too much on and you look made up. People will wonder what else about you is FAKE if the first thing they notice is you FACE and it looks totally FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anywho if you wanna chat some more, hit me up, it's tinky_in_giggly_bubbly@yahoo.com I do a lot of IM I may not be on a whole lot but i do answer offlines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
