Q: im 13 i dont want to look too grown up but to enhance my appearance a little bit. i want to wear foundation and/or concealer but my mom wont let me bc she thinks it wont do anything to my skin. and i think it will cover up my pimples and dark scars from acne. what else should i wear and how to apply it? i currently wear dark brown eye liner. for.ever yea i luv that show!! but i dont pay enough attention to the makeup tips lol
A: at 13 i was expirementing with many different kinds of makeup until i found the perfeect shades but i always limited myself to just my eyes. AT 13, you shouldnt use and concealers or foundation. Stick to putting on eyeliner with mascara and a pretty eyeshadow that brings out your eyes. You can also wear a clear to light pink lip gloss. Im 16 now and i use copper eyeshow black eyeliner and mascara with a light pink lip gloss. Using a little bit, looks neater then too much on your face. hope that helps!
