Q: Is 12 to young to wear make-up? Are there any brands that are good for younger girls? Where canI buy inexpensive make-up? She dosen't want to wear alot just mabe eye-liner and lipgloss. But would it look acward?
A: She's 12? Well, if she's going to use eyeliner, please tell her not to do what most 12 year old girls do: black eyeliner. It looks really harsh, and it would looks so much better if they'd use a brown or something more natural. Lip-gloss would not be awkward. Lip gloss is fun, without being too much. It's just a nice little tweak. You know, a littl shimmer, a little shine or a little colour. It's perfect for girl who want to start using a little bit of make-up. Just remind her to make sure that people see her, and not her make-up. You don't want someone's first thought ot be, when they look at her :"Wow. Look at her make-up. It so... bright." or whatever. Thankfully I finally understand the phrase less is more. And it's so true.
