Q: the kind of toner that ppl use on their face ......thanks to all of you who answered

You put it on a cotton pad/ball and swipe it on your face. it usually picks up leftover dirt from cleansing. You use it after cleaners/scrubs/exfoliators etc. and before your moisturizer. hope i hlpd :]
