Q: What eyeliner do you recommend? preferrably not liquid... easy apply too... i dont want to have a rough pencil rolling across my eyelid...
A: If you don't want liquid, then your probably don't want really harsh lines, or don't want to deal with messes etc. I'm assuming. I don't tend to use conventional liner. I always use eyeshadow and a small tipped or preferably an angled brush. It's easy to blend to lines for a more natural, less harsh look. But with the right brush, it can also be very dramatic. It's super easy that way, and you don't need anything extra, just eyeshadow.
