Q: I'm 14 and I HATE HATE HATE my pencil. It always smudges, it won't stay on and I can never get that beautiful line that you can get with liquid eyeliner. I have a pretty steady hand, so I will be able to do it right. I'm not sure what she has against it, but something is telling me she won't like it. She won't let me wear black eyeliner... so I don't know if liquid would be ok??
A: theres not really a difference between liquid and pencil, except the liquid part, i dont see why she would have a problem with it. and if she says no, when your at the grocery store, go say you need some shampoo, or something that she wouldnt buy for you. and then actually get the eyeliner, and the other stuff (she'll most likely want to see it whatever you said you were going to get) or go on a shopping spree with you friends and get some. =]
