Q: Im 12 (dont tell me im too young plz) and everyone wheres makeup. im going into 7th grade in a week and i want to go to a place like jcpenny and ask them to show me how to do my own makeup. How do i do it? can u do that?
A: if you have a sephora or an ulta you can get it done for free (at ulta you have to wait for events though)
