Q: at my old skool no one wore makeup and here everyone wears a ton. its something i just cant do and im trying how to figure out how to ask my mom?? suggestions?
A: i personally think natural looking makeup or none at all is beautiful! i hardly wear any, just mascara, maybe some blush and lipstick/gloss. a lot of girls at my school cake on tons of makeup. and its nasty. dont wear makeup just to fit in. i think a lot of makeup may be kinda gross/trashy looking. no offense! but thats how i feel.. if you dont wear any makeup at all and you really want to, just convince your mom to buy you some natural kinds. if you have lighter hair maybe brown-black mascara. if you have dark hair you can go for black mascara. some natural blush. and a lip color thats natural, but has some pink or rose to it! make sure you get hypo-allergenic [idk if i spelled that right!] makeup. like almay so you wont be irritated by it if you have sensitive skin. just talk to your mom about it and come to agreements about certain things. maybe she'll just let you wear lipstick or mascara for now. but eventually you may be able to wear a little more. just keep it natural! its pretty. and im sure the guys appreciate something different! i know they do here :]
