Q: How can i keep my eyeliner on the underpart of my eye from smudging? i use a liner pencil on the inneprart of my eye then i use a shadow on the outer part.. and it still seems to smudge. is there anything i can put on before i apply it or any tips for me?? THANKS!!!
A: I use Urban Decay Primer Potion, it helps anything you put on your eyelids stay put. I used to use concealer, and it worked a little, but not much. The Primer Potion works so much better. Also, I use Bobbi Brown Gel Liner, and it never smudges on me. My eyemakeup stays put all day with these 2.
