Q: my best friend has brown eyes and says blue eyes don't suite black eyeliner. is she just saying that because she has brown eye colour or what? i have bright blue eyes, pale skin (not too pale), light golden brown hair(long). i've tryed brown eyeliner but it looks like someone hit me in the eye.
A: In my opinion, the color is not the key to eyeliner - it is the amount used and the manner in which it is applied. Subtle black eyeliner can be worn by anyone. If you are very fair and use thick black (or really any color) eyeliner all the way around your eyes, it will probably look either very overwhelming and/or trashy - . I don't buy the whole "only this person can wear this type of color...." People can wear anything they like, they just need to modify it in a way that compliments and best works for them.
