My eyebrows look horrible and I need to learn how to do it properly. Can anyone explain to me how to do it?

Q:

A: Never pluck on top of your eyebrows. If you pluck the top of your eyebrows you ruin the natural line and shape of them and it wont suit you. To figure out how far to pluck them in the middle, (above your nose), hold a pen vertically on the side of your nose (so that the top of the pen is pointing to your hair) and line it up with the corner of your eye (closest to your nose), by doing this you can tell how far you can pluck them in the middle, never go past the pen as this shows you where they naturally line up with your nose and eyes. If you have overplucked then dont worry it will only take a few days for them to grow back, during the time they are growing back you can either fill in the gaps using an eyebrow pencil, make sure that the colour matches your eyebrows, if in doubt, pick the lighter shade. Use short strokes and make sure the pencil is sharp. If you have no time to buy an eyebrow pencil find an eyeshadow (no shimmery ones!) closest to your brow colour and use a small lip brush to fill in the gaps. If your brows are long, brush them upwards, and, using some manicure scissors you can trim the ends off them. My beautician does this every time and you would not believe the difference it makes. It makes them look neater and much easier to maintain, you only have to do this once a week. But never cut too much off and start slow. Good luck =]
