A: My eyes also look smaller when eyeliner is on. What you have to do is put it on the top lid. Then add mascara to kinda open your eyes. The eyeliner on the top lid makes your eyes even and DOESN'T give the illusion of you eyes appearing smaller. And the mascara curls up your eyelashes and makes your whole eye more visible. Also, put mascara on bottom lashes. That flashes your eyes, EVEN MORE! Hope I helped :)
