Q: hello its about eye liner when ever i put eye liner on the bottom of my eye its always smears!!! but what if i use liquid eye liner? or do you guys have any sugguestions??? Thanks!!! sorry i put my eye liner underneath my eyelashes so not inside the eye on the bottom it smears
