Q: I have brown/a little green(not much though) eyes and hair that changes colors every few months. It's either...black, red/maroon, or purple/auburn purple. I'm quite short for my age (4' 7'') and my clothes go from preppy to emo to normal to anything really....
A: yes i would say its fine to wear make-up at youre age but not a ton most young girls tend to over do it you're young so i wouldnt recommend you wear base unless you need it and by need i mean to cover up acne. and if you do then be sure to fine a color that matches you well..i loke powder it doesnt clog youre pours you can go to walmart and get some real cheap i use the mineral vale stuff but i dont remember whose its by its $10 and last forever. if you decide to wear eyeliner use a brown or black no blue and do it thinnly play with it and see how you like it some ppl like it on just the bottom or just the top some do both some extend with he eyeliner for a cat eye effect but snice you are so young i would just do eyeshadow mascara base if you need it and lip gloss if you want for youre eye color a soft brown or tope would look very nice u can also use darker greens golds and copper orange. just put it on you eye lid and and little past but not up to your eyebrows use black mascara stay away form water-proof its really hard to get off i use 2 diff types one of thickness and one for length but thats up to you and lip gloss depends on youre color if youre real light go with reds and darker pinks if youre in the middle you can get away with bright colors and if youre dark stick with darker colors try and see what looks good for you play around and see what you like just dont over do it and always wash youre make-up brushes if you use them or you'll start to break out
