Q: i have medium skin tone, brown eyes, and brown hair. i would wear it only on the lower lid, with the rest of my makeup neutral. would that look okay? thanks for your help! ohh and of course i would wear black mascara =]
A: I think it would look fine! I have very similar features. I have used turquoise eyeliner before. It's fun to play around with makeup! If you want to use liquid liner, try Wet'n'Wild's mega liner in Turquoise, they also have Plum! Also, try getting some NYC eye liners. They're not that expensive and you can try a bunch of different colors. Anyway, on turquoise specifically, I think it would look great and make your eyes really stand out.
