Q: what order do i put makeup on in?? and what are the best ways to apply it? o and im going to cvs and getting neutrogena skin clearing oil-free pressed powder and foudation...any comments on the brands and products?? and details on applying eyeliner on top and bottem??? i already wear mascara and some eyeliner sometimes thank u!!!!
A: You may use a brush, cosmetic wedges or your fingers to apply. 1. Wash face and pat dry. 2. Toner/astringent 3. Moisturizer 4. Concealer 5. Liquid foundation 6. Eyeshadow(s) 7. Eyeliner [close eye; top lid then bottom] 8. Mascara 9. Lip conditioner/chap stick 10. Lip Liner 11. Lip stick with brush 12. Lip gloss [if needed] 13. Pressed or Loose powder 14. Blush Always look for hypo-allergenic products. Petroleum jelly will remove eye makeup. Make sure to layer the color. Place on lightly at first. It is better to not have enough makeup on than to have too much. Remember with makeup cheap is not always best. You get what you pay for. Good Luck!
