Q: I have an eye that is blue, and my other eye is half blue half brown. I'm not exactly tan, but i have alot of freckles and some color on my face. Would a black or a brown eyeliner be best?
A: if i were you i think that i would go with a deeper charcole eye liner black can bto over powering with the brown part of your eye therefore i would stick with a nicce grey. that or a deep brown or midnight blue really depends on the mood that you are trying to set good luck!!!
