A: an emerald green would look awesome on your eyes! you can pull of the smokey eye look with a deep brown or the emerald just sweep it across your lid and blend well and then apply along your bottom lid make sure its not too harsh. if you want it even more dramatic i'd say add some black liner... i'd go for liquid because it looks so much smoother and classy.
